Nebraska Department of Insurance

Beginning with the 1993 Annual Statement, the Nebraska Department of Insurance will require all domestic life, accident and health companies, domestic property and casualty companies, domestic fraternal benefit societies, domestic reciprocal exchanges, and domestic health maintenance organizations to comply with the "Annual Statement Instructions" published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners regarding the filing of a "Statement of Actuarial Opinion."
