ORDER OF LIQUIDATION AND INJUNCTION
FAR WEST INSURANCE COMPANY
An Order of Liquidation and Injunction for Far West Insurance Company was entered by the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, November 9, 2001. Steven Ramsey of FitzGibbons, Ramsey and Company, Inc., has been appointed Special Deputy Liquidator. The liquidation will be administered from Far West offices located at:

Calabasas, CA 91302
