Send in Your Client Contact Forms
Because Next Year will be Another Drawing!!!!
That's right! In our ongoing efforts to increase volunteer reporting, we are going to have a drawing for a third year. Every time you send in a Client Contact Form to your NICA Regional Representative, your name will be entered in the drawing. This means the more counseling and forms that you complete, the more chances you will have of getting your name drawn for a prize.
The next drawing will be in October 2002. This gives you another full year to start sending in your Client Contact Forms for the time period of September 2001-September 2002.
